Is it hip to be square? We think so!
The new Z5 Junior Golf Set is the first set in junior golf to feature this new square head technology.
But what's the point? Well, the point is "MOI" - and lots of it for your junior golfer!
What is "MOI"? "Moment of intertia" is the term applied to a clubhead's resistance to twisting when the ball is struck. For example, your swing is a little off and you hit the ball on the toe of the clubhead. A clubhead with a higher MOI will twist less as a result of the mis-hit, creating a better chance that the ball will still go where you intended and with less loss of distance.
But what it boils down to is simple: the higher the MOI of a club, the more forgiving that club should be on mis-hits. Which means more balls in the fairway!
